How to replace side view mirror on 2006 land rover?

Hello, someone cracked my cousin's side view mirror (on the passenger side) the other day and he was able to remove it and bought a replacement but we can't figure out how to put on the new mirror. It's the mirror only. If anyone here has any experience with replacing a mirror on a 2006 land rover, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Have a nice day :)|||Look for a entrance cap that is on the base of the mirror once you find it you should only have to use a phillip screw-driver.|||get a bunch of duct tape and tape it over the cracks!
