I am getting my permit in 2 months and I am getting a new car. I prefer a car that is big and strong. But cant decide whether I should get the Jeep Wrangler or Land Rovers. Which car is nicer?|||The land rover is so popular but its very expensive. the jeep is cheap and easy to make it look cooler.|||land rovers are nicer...but they are more luxerious...but jeeps on the other hand...are relatively cheap to customize and make awesome....and jeeps pwn landrover when it comes down to 4x4|||the land rover is nicer its a jeep thing i do understand that's why i have a toyota don't limit yourself to jeep look at toyota suvs also|||for what?
neither are particularly reliable. if you are off roading the wrangler is MUCH better unless you can find an old defender, which may be the best off roader ever.
the land rover is nicer, but more expensive. it's also less reliable. if i were looking for a very capable off roader with good on road manners and creature comforts, i'd look at the nissan xterra. the new ones are almost as good off road as a jeep, but much better on road and are available with a 6 speed. (or were) they'll tow more and haul more too.
truck and motor trend rated the xterra the #1 off roading SUV all arounder in a shoot out in their july (i think) issue (it might be august or september) beating out the hummer, the land cruiser, a land rover and a jeep.|||Jeep Wrangler.
