PS it has 101k miles on it|||scrap the car, has far as i'm concerned any valve job on any car is always mostly expensive, on top of that you have a land rover which the parts for are WAY over priced. If the car is in really good condition you might wanna consider a new engine you might have less surprises then with a valve job. Hope this helps.|||do you mean just adjust the valves? or did you bend or break one? adjusting the valves is not too bad, but if you bent them it will be expensive.
